World’s Largest Personal Backpack Collection?

I am pretty sure that this is was the world’s largest personal backpack collection. If anyone knows of any larger, please email me! January 2011 – I have decided to also include all my new Maxpedition gear in this list, even though not all are backpacks. Most can be considered a backpack of one type or another, whether they have two shoulder straps or just one.

Multiples of the same pack designated with (#x) — e.g. 5 of the same pack will be (5x).  List only shows “brand name” packs and does not include Maxpedition “knock-offs” from eBay.

May 2014 – The collection has become so large that I am selling off the more valuable packs on eBay. It’s either that, or start paying for a storage unit, which is just plain crazier than the fact that I have so many backpacks to begin with!

June 2014 – Donated just about all my Mountainsmith packs to the local Boy Scouts of America office. They can find good homes for them!

September 2015 – Donated quite a few packs to the local homeless shelter. Backpacks were on their list of immediate needs, and I figure they could really really use them.
